Extended Christmas Returns

St. Johnstone Direct are happy to offer the following Christmas returns policy:
Any full price goods bought between 5th November 2021 and 24th December 2021 can be returned for refund or exchange up to and including the 31st January 2022.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept a returned item that has been personalised unless it is a fault of the manufacturer.
Proof of purchase will be required.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

** PLEASE NOTE: Our premises will be closed from Christmas Eve until Wednesday January 5th, if possible please send any returns once we have re-opened as no staff will be here to receive any returns **

As you may be aware, 2021 has seen a huge strain placed on global shipping carriers. In some instances, this has resulted in couriers delivering packages later than expected. While we dispatch all orders as quickly as possible to mitigate this risk, once an order has been dispatched to the courier, we are no longer in control of delivery. 

We’d recommend getting your Christmas shopping done as early as possible; though if you’re ordering later, we advise that orders are placed by the following dates to ensure that your order is dispatched from the store in time for Christmas delivery.
